1.1<\/strong> By sending the order by clicking on the field \"Book with obligation to pay\", the customer submits a binding offer. Only with allocation and sending of the order number by Agent Y - Escape Room Br\u00fchl GbR to the customer a contract between the customer and Agent Y - Escape Room Br\u00fchl GbR is concluded. The sending of the order confirmation is the delivery of the ticket about the participation in the Escapegame, a birthday or company event. <\/p>\n\n\n\n 1.2<\/strong> The purchase of vouchers can be revoked in accordance with No. 5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1.3<\/strong> When purchasing tickets through participation in Escapegames, cancellation or postponement of the date is not possible (cf. No. 5.1.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2.1<\/strong> The total price of the order is due for payment immediately after conclusion of the contract for the payment methods \"Paypal\", \"Sofort\u00fcberweisung\" and \"Rechnung\", should these payment methods be offered. <\/p>\n\n\n\n 2.2<\/strong> If the payment method \"card payment on site\" is offered, the total price of the order is due on the day of the event, in deviation from 2.1, and must be paid by EC card or credit card on site at the branch before the start of the game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2.3.<\/strong> If the payment method \"cash on site\" has been selected, the total price of the order is due on the day of the event in deviation from 2.1. and 2.2. and must be paid in cash on site at the branch before the start of play or use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2.4<\/strong> If the number of players differs from the number stated in the reservation, the difference (additional payment or refund) will be reconciled at the cash desk before the start of the game. In the event of non-appearance, the customer's claim to the execution of the Escapegame shall be forfeited. The obligation to pay the total price of the order remains in place cf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3.3<\/strong> The offered Escapegames are usually not suitable for children under 7 years. Children under 7 years of age can therefore not participate in the Escapegames. The minimum age may differ for individual rooms. This is then noted on the ticket page and the minimum age there applies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3.4<\/strong> Children and young people under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Sollte die tats\u00e4chliche Anzahl von Spielern niedriger sein (abz\u00fcglich einer Kulanz von 2 fehlenden Spielern), ist der Preis f\u00fcr die geplante Anzahl von Spielern f\u00e4llig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 4.1<\/strong> The vouchers are valid exclusively for the payment of tickets via participation in Escapegames offered by Agent Y - Escape Room Br\u00fchl GbR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 4.2<\/strong> A claim for cash payment of the vouchers against Agent Y - Escape Room Br\u00fchl GbR is excluded as long as the service is offered. <\/p>\n\n\n\n 4.3<\/strong> The vouchers issued by Agent Y - Escape Room Br\u00fchl GbR are valid until the end of the third year following the year of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 5.1<\/strong> When purchasing tickets via participation in Escapegames, a contract for the provision of services in connection with leisure activities is concluded between Agent Y - Escape Room Br\u00fchl GbR and the customer, which provides for a specific date or period for the provision (cf. \u00a7 312 g para. 2 no. 9 BGB). Therefore, according to \u00a7 312 g para. 2 no. 9 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal for the customer, regardless of the chosen method of payment.
