Agent Y - Escape Room games are an adventure for the whole team, whose members are immersed in a story to master together in 60min exciting puzzles, tricky tasks and challenges to complete their mission. It's all about teamwork and experiencing an unknown world. The only tool you need to play the game is your own logic and quick perception, intuition and team spirit.

Ihr habt 60 Minuten, um eure Mission zu erfüllen, vielleicht schafft ihr es auch schneller 🙂 Bitte kommt etwa 15 Minuten früher an, damit wir uns in Ruhe auf das Spiel vorbereiten können. Nach dem Spiel habt ihr natürlich noch ein bisschen Zeit für eine Nachbesprechung mit unserem Team und für ein paar nette Erinnerungsbilder.

Absolutely not! Our missions are exciting and thrilling, but no one, especially our youngest agents should get scared. However, it is important to adhere to our age recommendations (from 8 years old for the "Treasure of the Maya" and from 11-12 years old for "the Red Star"), as younger children can become a bit unsettled in an unusual environment.

Nein, die Aufgaben sind mit Geschick, Logik und gutem Teamwork für jeden lösbar. Kraft wird auf jeden Fall NICHT benötigt. Vorkenntnisse über die Maya sind auch keine Voraussetzung, um die Mission zu erfüllen 😉

The Escape Room is located on the 1st floor, but the building has an elevator. Our rooms are not very big but from experience it is possible that one player per team can play with wheelchair. It is best to contact us beforehand (either by phone or with a note when booking) so that we are prepared accordingly.

Da es sich bei Escape Rooms um ein Teamspiel handelt, solltet ihr mindestens zu zweit kommen. Aus Sicherheitsgründen sind unsere Räume auf 6 Erwachsene (ab 14 Jahre) bzw. 8 Jugendliche begrenzt. In kleineren Gruppen macht es sowieso mehr Spaß, weil jeder aktiv teilnehmen kann. 🙂

We are a child-friendly Escape Room. Our rooms "the treasure of the Maya" and "the red star" can be played from 8 years and 11-12 years respectively. Below this age, children find it difficult to understand the whole story or may be unsettled in some situations.

For groups of children up to 11 years old, the game leader comes in the room with them so that he/she can support the players more easily.

No, of course not. Completing the mission is paramount, but you can leave our rooms at any time. Before the game, our game leaders will go through the security measures with you (just like on the plane before departure) and accompany you with camera and microphones during the game.

The game does not really require languages skills, rather logic and teamwork. However, we have translated the game in English and French as well. If you are interested, please let us know upon booking so we can prepare accordingly.

Unfortunately, we will then have to shorten your playing time accordingly so that the following groups do not have to wait because of this. Therefore, please pay attention to punctuality so that you can enjoy the experience.

For our planning we ask you to book at least 24 hours in advance. If you decide to play on short notice, just give us a call. We will try to be as flexible as possible, but we can't guarantee that it will work out.

Yes, if you contact us at least 24 hours before by email (info[at]agent-y.de). Please indicate your booking number or date/time. After that no change/cancellation is possible.

Agent Y is a certified member of the professional association Live Escape & Adventure Games and thus certified in the areas of licensing, fire protection and quality management. You can read more details at trade association-leag.com.

The best time is when you show up 15 minutes before the scheduled start (e.g. at 17:45 for a 18:00 booking). Then we have enough time to prepare for the mission in peace.

Es ist nicht nötig, viel früher zu kommen, da wir dann ggf. noch auf Aufräumen sind und uns nicht sofort um euch kümmern können 🙂

Wir möchten euren Vorbereitungsaufwand auf ein Minimum reduzieren: Teller, Besteck, Gläser, Servietten und Getränke (Wasser und Apfelschorle) sind vorhanden und werden vor eurem Ankunft vorbereitet. Der Raum ist auch bereits dekoriert. Sie brauchen also nur das Essen zu bringen oder liefern zu lassen.
